      Please try again; this error happens if the patch goes down. Also make sure you have the most up to date files (check the download to make sure the version number is the same.) If you have a problem please chat with us or post on the forum and we will try to help you.

          Hi,

          IGA’s customer service office closed early last night. There have been some holidays recently a long with some other internal issues going on. I know none of that is within your control but it has created a delay in response. As of right now we only have one person processing donations in IGA. BSS also went through some changes. I will make sure to get your donation handled first thing in the morning when our office opens.

      You can use the donations page for help with bitcoin. There are links on how to do stuff with it on there.

    In other words, delete the current game you have, download the game again from the link above and open. It works, I just tried it myself. The link on the front page of this website is outdated, so just use the one from Google +

      Use the patcher to register. I’ve had the link to the page removed from the site so it is not confusing. If you have issues seeing the register page in the patcher please let me or any of the GMs know.

    Sorry for the delay in response recently. Please note that the best way to get support is to use the Google+ page or speak to a GM in game. Tickets can be put in for billing and things like that but most issues should be sent via Google+ or Google Hangouts.

            She actually does not use chatango much anymore that I know of. I will reach out to her for you. Something to remember about me though; I see my internet volunteer projects (like this site and NS) as jobs. Most people just see it is something to fill their time. If you need something feel free to reach out to me; I will usually respond in some fashion especially if it is something support related.

            Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as it’s been almost 2 weeks however this decision was made by the administrator of the site due to your history and problems that you had caused. As far as when or if the ban will be lifted that is not within my authority to say at this time.

      Sorry for the delay in response. When you download the game you create an account from with in the launcher. There has been a new Discord server launched which allows for faster support and we recommend using that.

    We are often asked how to register. Please be sure to use the client to register. So download the game by clicking “Download” above; make sure you have 7ZIP. Unzip the client then open BrightShadowS.exe inside the folder. Once in there the patcher will open. Read the rules and then at the bottom you can make an account. If you have issues please ask on Seen.Life, Discord or by contacting a GM.

      You should join the Discord server to ask such a question but I will try to answer here however first I would like to know which EXE you are using to run the game?

    Hi, I’m having the same issue. I don’t know how to Register to play. I opened Bright Shadow application in my folder. The game launcher loads normally and then the game pops up. But I cannot log in. I have no idea how too. I tried following how to do it but after I click agree it just pops up the launcher. I don’t see anywhere where you can create an account.
